A new type of banner named Chronicled Wish will also start featuring in Genshin Impact 4.5. This new wish banner will allow characters to pull for Klee, Diluc, Jean, Albedo, Eula, and Mona, in the 4.5 version. This banner will also feature eleven 5-star weapons, including Hunter’s Path and Wolf”s Gravestone.

Choose A "Chronicled Path"

The Chronicle Wish will allow you to choose a "Designated Item" between the available characters and weapons in the banner. There is a 50% chance to get the Designated Item you chose with every 5 Star item you get

1 Fate Point Guarantees Your Designated Item

Once you have 1 Fate Point, this will guarantee that you will get your Designated Item when you get another 5-star in the banner. 

Fate Points Will Expire With The End Of The Current Chronicle Wish

 Fate Points do not carry over across different Chronicle Wish Events. Only Wish Pity Count will carry over.

Designated Item Will Determine What You Obtain

If you choose a character for your Designated Item, you can only obtain Characters for your 5-Star item. Meanwhile, if you choose a weapon, only weapons can be your 5-star item.
